Ingredients:
3 Boneless Skinless
Chicken Breasts
1 small can Crushed
Pineapple
3 Celery Stalks –
chopped
½ cup Craisins
½ cup Cashews
Mayo to taste
Preparation:
Boil chicken 10 minutes;
cool in fridge; shred chicken; mix ingredients.

If you aren't a pineapple fan try adding a can of mandarin oranges instead. These taste amazing on those big croissants from Sam's Club or Costco! Great for picnics and summer cookouts!
